A parent raised a problem with his child’s diet by posting a photo of his child’s daycare board, which is causing controversy.
Parent A posted several photos of the food plate on an online community, saying, “It’s a child’s daycare meal, but isn’t this a problem?”
The photos included soup and cooking photos with fresh green onion added.
Mr. A pointed out, “My child keeps getting stomachaches these안전놀이터 days when he comes from daycare after eating. What kind of soup do you put so much green onion in when it’s food for children?”
Then, “I wish I didn’t even feed them kimchi. In fact, when I look at the plate I finished eating, there is red pepper powder in places, as if I didn’t wash the kimchi clean. The red pepper powder smelled very spicy. I can’t stand it.”
However, the reaction of the returning netizens was very different from Mr. A’s intention.
Netizens who saw the photo responded that there was no problem with the lunch menu, and one netizen said, “If you don’t want to feed kimchi, take care of it at home.”
Another netizen explained that the food plate photos are mostly for teachers or for photos, and that the green onion and sesame seeds are for decoration and seem to be made to look crumbly.
