The police have entered into a legal review안전놀이터 of those who rode motorcycles around Busan city in broad daylight wearing bikinis.
According to the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency on the 19th, a report was received on 112 on the road around Namcheon-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan at around 4:00 pm that “motorcycles carrying women in bikinis and swimsuits were passing by.”
Police dispatched eight patrol cars to stop the motorcycle and identify the occupants.
They are known to have been ‘bikini riding’ for the purpose of promoting an adult video production company.
Previously, they were investigated by the police for overexposure after doing bikini riding in Gangnam, Hongdae, and Jamsil in Seoul.
The Busan police announced that they were reviewing the law considering that they could be subjected to the crime of obscenity in public under Article 245 of the Criminal Act or the crime of excessive exposure under Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Punishment of Minor Crimes Act.
Under the Misdemeanor Punishment Act, the crime of overexposure can be applied if you openly expose a major part of your body in a public place and cause shame or discomfort to others.
In case of violation, a fine of up to 100,000 won, detention, or a fine is imposed.
