The Korea Meteorological Administration expects these rain clouds to affect from midnight until dawn.
A maximum of 150mm or more is expected in the metropolitan area, and localized heavy rain of 120mm or more is expected in the inland of Gangwon, Chungcheong, and Jeonbuk.
However, the speed of the rain clouds is very fast, and it seems that the rain will weaken and stop from the morning.
Therefore, the peak of this rain is expected to be between dawn and morning.
