A man in his 30s who ran away after threatening the other person with a weapon was caught by the police when an argument broke out while parking an expensive foreign car in Gangnam, Seoul.
This man tested positive for drugs, and CCTV footage from the time showed him falling down without being able to control himself.
Reporter Lee Yu-min covered the story.

On the sidewalk 300 meters away, a man drove an expensive foreign car, a Lamborghini. The vehicle was abandoned.
On the afternoon of the same day, the man caused a commotion in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul due to parking issues with this vehicle.
This is where the Lamborghini was parked.
The man got into an argument with another car owner and even brandished his weapon.
[Victim of a weapon threat / Voice altered: “It was strange that he wrapped his knife in tape and carried it around. He reported it and left while the police were on the way…”]
The man who was urgently arrested three hours after running away was Mr. A, in his 30s.
It was determined that there was no special occupation.
Mr. A showed strange behavior, such as not being able to control his body even when arrested by the police.
As a result of the police conducting a quick test, three types of drugs were detected, including methamphetamine, ecstasy, and ketamine.
The police are checking records of this man’s visit to the hospital right before driving, and are investigating whether he was prescribed narcotics.
One YouTuber said that this man and Mr. Shin, who left a woman in her 20s brain dead in a Rolls-Royce car accident, were seniors and juniors. However, the man is said to have stated in a police investigation that he was “an unknown person.”
After further investigating the man’s drug use and whether he was involved in gangsters, the police plan to apply for an arrest warrant as early as tonight.
