There are a lot of fancy names out there. Starting with NBA leaguer Jordan Clarkson (Utah), Dwight Ramos (Hokkaido), Thurdy Ravenna (San-En), and Kai Soto (Hiroshima), who are playing in the Japanese B. League, were named. Roger Pogoi (TNT), Junmar Fajardo, and CJ Perez (above San Miguel), who are top players in the PBA, are all included. The name of Justin Brownlee (Hinebra), a naturalized player, also stands out.
Anyang KGC’s Lens Abando was also on board. Abando, who made his KBL debut last season, played 18 minutes and 38 seconds in 39 regular league games, recording 9.0 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.0 assists. He received a lot of attention for his explosive athleticism, dunking and block shots. He helped KGC win the regular league, playoffs, and EASL Champions Week.
Currently, Abando, Justin Gutang (LG), Ronjay Avarientos (Hyundai Mobis), Calvin Jeffrey Epistola (KCC), Ethan Albano (DB), Sean Dave Ildefonso (KT), Sam Joseph Bellan Gel (Gas Corporation) is running. However, all but Abando were not included in the Philippine national team roster.

The Philippines is expected to form the best team as the Basketball World Cup is held in their country. In order for Abando to participate in the Basketball World Cup, he must be named in the final 12-man roster.
